Billing & Payment settings
Billing details and payment methods are configured in the Settings section under the Billing tab.
You will need Admin permissions on your company account to access this.
Adding or Updating Billing Details
Billing information is updated via the Manage billing in Stripe button, which opens a separate view for editing billing details. In this view, you can also add a credit card to your account.
If a credit card is added, it will automatically be used for charging campaign advertising budgets. The subscription for Jobilla AIR is invoiced separately according to the information you provide.
Through the Update information button, you can enter your billing details and select the email address where PDF invoices will be sent.
Remember to fill out all the fields, including the VAT Id, for correct invoicing.
For the campaign budget, you can choose between two payment options :
1. Credit / Debit card
You can add a payment card in the same section where you update your billing details.
By adding a payment card, the campaign budget will be automatically charged from this payment method (unless you have prepaid budget, in which case that is used first).
2. Prepaid Budget (Wallet)
You can also add prepaid budget to your account using the Wallet function. This can be done via the Top up Wallet button in the system.
You may enter and pay the desired amount directly by card in the opened view, or contact your Jobilla representative if you prefer to pay by invoice.
Once the prepaid budget has been paid / invoiced, the credits will be added to your account and can be used to launch campaigns.
